PRINCIPLES OF OPERATION
The mechanical Rate of Flow Indicator is a calibrated & compensated tachometer. A direct positive drive transmits rotor rpm to the Rate of Flow Indicator. The Calibrating Mechanism cover of the Flow Meter is specially designed for such an arrangement. The Rate of Flow Indicator enables us to maintain a definite minimum or maximum flow rate through the Flow Meter.
