Service Functions
Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance for flow & level equipment with a trained network through the entire country. The Complete mechanical & electronic capabilities provided to the professional service teams At regional offices ( Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata ) & factory ( Pune ) assures reliable & satisfactory assistance anywhere & any time.
Response time for breakdown - 8 Hrs for Metros & 48 hrs + traveling time for other locations. The regional service centers maintain sufficient inventory of spares for any eventualities or breakdowns. All the available communications gizmos like Telephones, e-mail, Telex, Pagers, Mobiles, Internet etc. are utilized for providing services. We also undertake user training programs regularly, supported by a well structured maintenance instruction system.
The total service strength is 19, headed by a Service Manager.
We undertake Annual Maintenance service contract for maintenance of our Flow metering products, accessories & Terminal Automation Systems. These contracts are both, hardware & software. They can be comprehensive ( including visits & replacement of spare parts ) or only visit basis.
Duration of the contract is one year, which has to be renewed thereafter. The scope under Annual
Maintenance contract is generally as under :
- Service engineer visit to site on quarterly basis to carry out preventive maintenance.
- Visit to site against specific calls (Break down repairs ).
- Replacement of spare parts, if necessary.
- To provide technical assistance for Meter calibration during stamping by Weights & Measures department.
- Contract may be terminated by either party by giving six months notice in writing.

This wing develops & finalizes the complete system field & control cabin instrument technical specifications including software. It also ensures that all engineering papers of sub-vendors are in conformity with the overall specifications. Depending upon the composition & requirement of the project the system engineering ensures:
- Overall System : Configuration & Schematic.
- System Operation : Operational Flow chart, operational procedures & sequences
- Complete hardware & software specifications including electrical wiring, interface, cable requirements.
- Drawing & specification approval by customer.
- Technical documentation MIS formats.
